As a long distance individual consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for 7 days after the point of purchase or point of receipt of goods, whichever is the longer. Cancelled undispatched orders will be refunded in full. Dispatched orders will be accepted for refund, within said period of cooling off time, upon return of the product/products with postage at the expense of the purchaser, provided media is unopened and undamaged and all other products are undamaged and unused. Refunds on dispatched products will not be issued prior to receiving the returned products in an acceptable and unused condition.
